Coogs 7-2!

And we need to pay more money to the QB to keep him and other superstars on the team.

I support the CWF hire. I suspect CWF will succeed here. I like CWF. ‘Dude’ makes me want to not like him.

Weird how that works, isn’t it?

CWF was a great hire. Everywhere he goes, he turns losers into winners, and he has already done that here in year 2. Good coach and a staff who can recruit top players. Easy to see the future is more success.

You should observe more. Darth is hilarious and if you knew him you would not have taken Willie needs to hold on to the ball as anything other than a joke.

I’m plenty observant.

You found him funny.

I did not.

Darth seeps into your soul like radioactive molasses. Don’t let him into your mind or you’ll turn around and find him surfing Korean tinder sites on a smart phone you haven’t even bought yet.

I just think he is a Master Baiter. Nothing more.

Some gave me a hard time because I said we were the 6th best team in TX and UNT was ahead of us.

Dave Campbell has us as the 7th best team with UNT ahead of us at #4.

UH, TCU, Baylor, and SMU are better. UNT just has a gaudy record from playing a cupcake schedule.

Coach (Age): Annual Salary

Bill Belichick (73): $10m
Kirk Ferentz (70): $7m
Kyle Whittingham (65): $7m
Curt Cignetti (64): $11.6m
Mark Stoops (58): $9m
Coach Prime (58): $10m

Willie Fritz (65): $4.5m

Letting CWF walk bc you’re too cheap to invest in a good coach is ridiculous. You clearly don’t wanna win. There’s a bunch of teams out there that would absolutely pay CWF $8m+/yr. Starting over, AGAIN, with no clue who would be his successor, would be catastrophic to this program.

PREACH!!!

We’ve seen this movie before, and it doesn’t end well.

Look, the AD will take care of things at the end of the season if there’s an issue. Trying to create this fear frenzy in the middle of the season doesn’t even make any sense.

Just like a game isn’t over at halftime, the season isn’t over because we’re 7-2. I don’t think it will happen, but closing out with a string of losses doesn’t justify a contract renegotiation. Would you think we should be considering lowering his salary if our record was 3-6 right now?

Let’s enjoy the ride and worry about Fritz’s future later … Go Coogs !!

Fritz salary is probably the best ROI we’ll get from an investment in the program. It’ll certainly net more wins than a shade awning lol

CWF isnt going anywhere, and i am sure we will compensate him at season’s end for the great job of rebuilding he has done so far…

Monte is correct. This is understood by all the parties that need understanding.

Good. Since $8M is so minuscule, then surely you can come up with all by yourself!

Otherwise, they will need support from donors (like me) and my answer is 100% absolutely not. In fact, I will let the great American philosopher A Pimp Named Slickback speak for me:
