As a DB coach. I assume he will coach either safeties or corners and Christian Young will handle the other.
Zac is dating Coach Fritz’s daughter but still will respected in coaching ranks and also coached at UH previously, good get

Willie’s SiL ?
Staff looks legit! They sure as heck don’t look like 8a-5p type of coaches. Expect the lights on at night.
Fritz hired Mike Krsyl for special teams.

Krysl will be an analyst.
Coach Barbay and a GA coach from Mississippi State will be coaching the TEs.
The kid needs to go too.
Will be speak
Not a big fan of the OC hire. Nine different places in ten years? This is scary.
Yep
He wasn’t very liked at Miss St either. Questionable hire.
Shiel Wood
2021 - Co-DC Army (9-4) allowed 23.3 points per game, 342 yards per game
2022 - DC Troy (12-2) allowed 17.2 points, 325 yards
2023 - DC Tulane (11-3) allowed 21.5 points, 343 yards
Kevin Barbay
2021 - OC Central Mich (9-4) scored 31.3 points per game, gained 437 yards per game
2022 - OC App St (6-6) scored 32.8 points, gained 441 yards
2023 - OC Miss St (5-7) scored 19.5 points, gained 311 yards
All looks pretty good except for Barbay 2023 Miss St which had QB injury issues. When the starter Will Rogers played, they scored 25.1 points and gained 343 yards per game, went 4-3 and beat Arizona. When he was out, they scored 8.3 points and gained 250 yards per game.
Didn’t the new coach at Miss St try to change the offense to more of a pro style and they had Air Raid players. That might have something to do with it too.

As expected OC to call plays.
