Could you provide an example that has the media blaming BYU or accusations that this was their fault?

Dude, that’s not the news being fake even if BYU is wrong.
The problem clealy is someone doesn’t know the definition of simple words AND lives a life dominated by hyperbole.

I saw that, glad the fan who was suspended has been reinstated but there are still questions.
Could be no one wanted to speak up and I think BYU might still have a problem…
But a 2021 internal report, authored by BYU’s Committee on Race, Equity, and Belonging, stated “there appears to be no cohesive ‘ownership’ or accountability for promoting an enriched environment or the values of racial equity and belonging at BYU.
A member of BYU’s Black Student Union told the report’s authors that, “My experience as a Black student at BYU is not equal to other students on campus because I don’t feel safe.”
Much like many things, nothing is as black and white as some on here make things to be. This just happened as well.

And that is why some of the PAC schools that have been brought up will NEVER accept membership in a conference with BYU and Baylor.
You can safely bet on them never joining the Big 12, for that very reason.
I hope UH students pay attention to this…sounds like games might be a prime opportunity to make some statements.
They have a didn’t to expel students if they engage in behaviour that is against the schools religious values. Those students can go elsewhere
