The game is only on Peacock?
The only way fans show up at Toyota is if tickets are affordable and the visiting team is a blue blood. Had this game been against a team like Duke, Kentucky, Purdue, or Gonzaga, perhaps tickets would sell. Not so much for FSU.

Did someone out there get the email and video from Coach Sampson? He spoke of the fact that Auburn filled the stadium with 17,000 against UH; now it’s our turn at Toyota. That’s a paraphrase; maybe someone can post it. (I didn’t receive the email, just heard about it)

Well, Auburn has great fans and just happened to be playing the No.1 ranked team at the time.
We are playing a team that got whipped by the Aggies…
I’m just the messenger. Take it up with Coach, maybe he’s reading, or someone on the staff.
No he is doing his job and basically begging fans to come out Saturday night. I certainly don’t fault him for doing so. But I think he is fighting an uphill battle. I am expecting a crowd of around 6k or less.
Remember years ago they had big shootout between ranked Texas and UCLA in Houston and drew like 3K

I would probably have opted in if they had been part of the season ticket package. But I’ll be watching this one on TV.

I agree it is very aggravating not to have this game at Fertitta where we would have filled it up to play a very mediocre FSU team. It’s been a while since we have been blessed with a decent non conference schedule at our place. Was Alabama the last ranked team to play us here non conference?

They also released 500 tickets for $15 for students. Could have 1250+ students with all the offers they are giving for them. Can’t doubt the effort to get people to TC.

I thought I had every channel available for getting Cougar games (ESPN, ESPN+, ESPNU, CBSSN, etc.) now they put it on Peacock? Can I get a trial membership or other alternative?
