Why do people keep asking these questions? I know we don’t know how much we spend on NIL, but there is no way any college basketball program is going to be more lucrative than an NBA rookie contract, especially if you’re top 10.

Per Gary Parrish, an NBA scout told him they all believe Kingston is going to be a Top 10 Pick.

It’s like they don’t understand the difference between NIL money and lottery pick NBA money.
For our lives application, NIL money is getting a nice pay raise to stay at your current company instead of leaving. NBA money and contract is hitting Powerball. Nothing wrong with option A if you don’t have the winning Powerball ticket, but if you have the Powerball ticket we’re all cashing that in

He is a lottery pick, unless you plan to pay him millions, he will very happily take his millions and live his life. Our hope is,he contributes back to the UH. I think he will.
