Action is a tough one…a lot of great movies…the Netflix movie Extraction was good.

Just watched “Empire Of The Sun” and it still brought tears to my old eyes at the end.Think it was one of the greatest period movies of our times, but that is just me.
Hope the Rockets have better luck in the next game.

The Hidden is an interesting one on that action list of movies no one talks about.
The list of the greatest action movies is weird. Other than the picture of Tom Cruise (I think), none of those pictures were from the movies or from like official poster art. Probably even the Tom Cruise pic is all AI slop.
Idk about this one…Die Hard with a Vengeance was a really good movie…

Weapons was a really good horror movie. I watched it a while back and that lady totally deserved the Oscar for her performance.

I watched Empire of the Sun ablut a decade ago. I had never heard of it and in my opinion it is vastly underrated.
I watched a German movie last week called The Tank. I didn’t think it was very good. I preferred Fury.
Dredd needs another movie…
Excalibur was very good, even bought the DVD back in the day. Every time I see Helen Mirren in a movie I think… and she was Morgana.

I still have the DVD.
Watch it about once per year.
It’ll be interesting to see if they do this reimagining in the Welsh language.
EDIT: On the film’s website, they answer that question in the negative, saying the film will be in English. That said, they want to raise awareness of the Welsh language and have a link to sign up for info on that.
