The uniforms w the color Columbia Blue was as much a tie in w The City of Houston. Who has had a previous history of using Columbia blue as a primary color w police cars, n several other situations within the City. They even brought in older HPD vehicles to the game that had the Columbia blue color that was used on all Police vehicles. Oilers was just another tie in bc of them also using that color since 1960 when they started. Even the Carl Lewis video spoke more on City history n not on the orig Pro Football team in Houston. #Homework
