Been quite some years since I have seen the highlights.
These 2 games are the loudest games I have attended at TDECU.

The crowd noise for Louisville 2016 and the Memphis comeback in 2015 was absolutely deafening!! So loud it was impossible to talk to people…Just watch and cheer! No reason it cant be that loud again.

Maybe having thundersticks when we expect a large opposing fan turnout might not be the best idea, though…
I broke my thundersticks for the Louisville game. It was lit. That OU game was super loud when we returned fg for a td. Miss the good ole days of rushing the field. I’ve done that a number of times dating back to Kolb.

From where I was near student section it was loud.
Only third downs.
The band doesn’t do Womp Womp correct. They rush it, make it sound like some kind of upbeat pop song or techno.
They should let it breath. Play the original version. Allow the crowds to merge into its rhythm and soul.
Better yet the band should give TSU a call, let ‘em teach you how to play Womp Womp.

Ridiculous to be talking about rushing the field after a win before the game is even played.
Just as a reminder, the B12 fine for rushing the field is $25,000.00 and it goes up after repeated occurrences.
If UH wins, be smart and celebrate, but don’t rush the field and take money out of the Athletic Department.
Eff that. I am rushing the field if we win! I was a student when security beat us up in 2015. I’ve paid my dues…rushing the field any chance I get

Realistically, the social media exposure UH would get from a field storming is probably worth more than $25k anyway. Content creators love showing that stuff.
