Per AD Nunez, field storming needs to be choreographed so that only those wearing UH blue jerseys are storming the field to maximize the blue merchandise promotion on TV. Those wearing red, white or any other colors are prohibited from the field and must exit the stadium immediately. If non-blue wearers try and enter the field they will be dealt with harshly by CSC security. That is all.

Same reason SFA did. Our band is super small.

It’s one of my biggest complaints about our game day atmosphere. That, and the fact that our fans haven’t actually gotten into the game in like a decade.
We need to be loud. We usually come through in big games.

I don’t think the Spirit of Houston offer any type of scholarships to our band members if I recall but I don’t know if it changed.
