Well if it makes anybody feel better, Dana said he never is going to leave.
This may come as a surprise to those who support Mr. Vermin coming back to coach at UH.
The board will not vote to allow Herman to return. Tilman Fertitta will definitely not want to see his face here again. And Renu Khator will never ever let that man come back to work here.
They wonât begrudge Herman to turn his life around somewhere. Just not at UH. For Tom Herman and UH it stops at âShame on Me Onceâ.
I think we all know he wonât be back. We just want a coach that gets it, and the current one doesnât. I canât believe we let him here after his scene on the sidelines at the Air Force makeup game in Dallas. After watching that with a handful of fans in stadium, I would have never let him in the door if he was recruiting my son.
Showed he had no respect for the game, players, fans etc. He showed bits and pieces of his poor gamesmanship this past season as we all know.
Apparently I missed the Air Force thing
The coach I love to hate.
I donât want Judas back, but Judas > Dimelson⊠in a landslide.
Frankly, whether any of us hate CDH or not does not matter. Hate him if you like, want him gone or whatever makes you miserable that you arent getting what you want because he is here and you have to suck eggs until that changes.
The important thing is whether the team likes and respect him. It appears they do and their opinion matters and yours doesnt.
I want to puke at the thought of Herman coaching here. I hope he loses every game he coaches.
Hermanâs not coming back. Letâs see what Holgorsen does this season. If we go 4-8 or worse then itâs probably time to move on. If that happens, I would think Jeff Traylor, Blake Anderson, Jamey Chadwell, Kendal Briles, Jeff Lebby, and Jeff Grimes would be prime candidates, but I hope Holgorsen holds on and is here for 10-15 more years. Heâs not Nick Saban or Bill Snyder, but heâs a pretty good football coach. And I would hate to lose Brian Early, Daikiel Shorts, Corby Meekins. Mike Jinks, and the new OL coach.
Weâll see what holgerson has done the last 4 years when we face much tougher schedule. These arenât really national power schools (maybe 2 or 3 giants) but still a lot tougher than AAC.
Get used to the excuses and all the coughing boys!! This dude wants the stadium packed and blame the fans while he puts on a sht show.
Say what u want about Hermann, he won big games, can recruit and lit the city and university.
I m sure most of us would leave our current jobs and move onto bigger companies for a bigger pay check. Sucks how he did it but canât blame him for doing so.
Herman recruited some positions well, others poorly
Always watch for the eye twitch
Can you guys layoff that manâs neurological problem with his eye when he is lying.
The thing is, we were playing teams that were our G5 peers; they give scholarships too. CDH took over a team in total disarray with the classes completely out of whack and did what he had to to get it back in line. Once he did he had 2 pretty good seasons. I know we all want to win the conference and national championship every year, just like fans of most every other school, but sometimes a few busted plays, missed coverages, or injuries alter the actual results.
and lost some he should not have lost. SMU, UCONN, NavyâŠ
Itâs a wash
Fairly quickly too. Considering the heat he took for someone elseâs dumpster fire I think he did pretty well. Some folks cant get over the first two years. If they could they would realize he is 20-7 and 74% win record for the last two.
Also gave u a conf championship and a peach bowl. Donât know how thatâs a wash but ok.
So crazy, UConn kept us from going undefeated.
I mean itâs simple physixxâŠ
UConn loss washes away NY6 win
Smu loss washes away OU win
Navy loss washes away UL win
I mean, I barely remember those games right?
Cant wait to see what it takes to wash with Tulsa 2022⊠Big12 championship?
