Kudo’s to Daniel in the ticket office. Tried to help me with my phone transfer issue but could not. AT&T could not solve the problem after 2 hours of trying. Decided to get paper tickets. Called this AM to make sure where we were going and that the tickets would be ready. Added another pair from digital to paper around 10 and just prior to noon, I walked up to the ticket window and was handed both sets of tickets. Smooth as silk. Great help from Daniel in the UH ticket office.

My tickets would not scan. I have an Android phone. Supervisor waved us in. Got home and looked at the tickets in my wallet. Appears they did not scan my 4 bars inside a circle. Will call ticket office in the morning to confirm I am OK. Just another example of our ticket office F U.

I had the same issue with my droid. Under the main ticket graphic mine says “show code”. That brought up a QR code and they were able to be scanned.

My tickets wouldn’t scan either, I have android.

iPhone here. Attendant tried to scan my electronic ticket, didn’t work, another attendant tried and it worked. Doubt it was the ticket, maybe how the attendant was holding the scan device. Translated: I have no idea what happened.

Same here. I had to pull up the QR code for them to scan.

Thank you. Confirmed with Cougar Pride the scanners are having issues with Android. Tap “show code” and they can scan the QR code.

Why don’t they use the same self scanners they use at BB games !!

Important safety tip: Always download your tickets before you get near the UH on game day or you might not be able to once you’re there due to cell phone signal issues.

Also, T-Mobile cell service on game day sucks.

I had to log on using a friends phone or I wouldn’t have been able to get in.

In general, mobile wallets don’t typically require internet access anyway. Everything went pretty smoothly for me, but that might be because I’ve been using tap to pay on everything for a few years now.

iPhone user. No issues at the gate. I like it. Perhaps the Texans should adopt this method?

I went old school with paper tickets to avoid phone drama. Lol

There was no drama. Scanned my phone in 5 seconds, walked in. Didn’t have to print, download and cart around paper tickets like it’s 2004

The ones at the BB games may not be rainproof.

Possibly.

I picked up my 2 season tickets this past Monday. My phone has some hickup and will not allow me to add the tickets to my wallet. I called early Monday to be sure they were ready for pick up and was told they would be at the will call window. I asked if we could also pick up 2 for my brother and I picked up 4 tickets at the same time and there was not charge for printing them. I do believe that the charge is for shipping/mailing the tickets by Fed/ex or however UH sends them.
