You tired of Whitting yet?

Someone get Pollardvision anger management. Major inferiority complex.

Anyhoo, Nunez was rubbed the wrong way by Hallmark when Nunez was on the NCAA Baseball Selection Committee while at New Mexico.

You are an absolute troll that knows squat about anything….for you to show up on this board and pretend to know otherwise is an absolute disgrace.

Call me whatever you want….i have skins in this game and have been around a long time….people on this sight know my credentials….

You have none….you just randomly make things up and try to pass it off as though you know something….one of the biggest liars I can ever remember being on this board.

Why are you so threatened? And angry? Seek help, bud.

I post stuff I hear on like anyone else. I’d challenge anyone to find my information to be inaccurate. I’m allowed to post on here without approval from anyone. All my interactions for years with other posters have been great. Hill is the man. Great posts from him and many others. I’ve been involved in baseball for 30-plus years and am well-connected. I’ll continue to support my Coogs and let y’all know what I hear without worrying about petty bullying from another.

Yes. We were sitting about four rows up from where he let loose. There was really no reason for him to do so if I remember correctly. We all just kind of stared at each other. Then the heckling really started.

He was out of line.

But still
Nowhere as bad as what TW pulled in Stillwater last year.

I was there too. He was really obnoxious.

You must’ve been sitting right there next to me. I remember everyone around asking each other WTF was that all about. Never heard anything that would warrant that kind of a reaction. I understand he was pumped but never seen a coach meltdown like that after a win.

They are going to screw it up aren’t they.

Will we ever ascend out of the “we could do worse” strata.

Yeah even if there are no current connections to the AD from former players and the deep alumni base, I’m sure they’d still support great hires for those that understand the Texas area. This is our talent hotbed, we don’t need anybody from outside the state.

Something else I learned from a few guys that played college baseball is they’re all about joining a team instead of touting all of their offers. The culture is pretty different from FB. The alums know quite a bit.

Anyway, I thought that Nunez was brought on to double the athletics budget to prop us up for the next round of realignment. A winning team is important, but I’d rather see us on the better end of realignment instead of not. Hopefully that budget goal is achieved (has there been any evidence of progress so far)?

I haven’t seen the ‘Deep UH alums’ try to oust the AD just yet. I do remember when they were pressing hard and doing things to get Pez out, and it got pretty nasty. Y’all remember the student fee committee vs athletics debacle?

I was talking yesterday with a Tulane alum who used to play baseball there (really accomplished player) and he was joking and asked if UH wanted Uhlman. He said they’re stuck with him. That doesn’t sound good.

Here is where the Uhlman “rumors” started, Im sure this is what Law saw.

Look at the actual name and @ handle

It is a TULANE fan clowning people. I feel like I need to teach an internet literacy course. And to be fair, I saw that same tweet on my phone and thought WTF and almost fell for it.

I’ll never understand how much of a loser you must be to sit around making up parody accounts.

Just crazy.

In this case, he didn’t really make up a parody account, but instead just changed his picture and name. Your point still stands though.

Nunez’ job is to run the athletic department. If he can solicit money that’s great. But there’s plenty to do before you ever get started on the other stuff.

You have to be able to solicit money as an AD in this market

Chronicle article this morning mentions Cain, Lemonis, Davis as “names to watch”…no mention of Sean Allen!

In spite of the fact that Todd is gone, I am still tired of him, and will remain tired of him until we can get everything fixed that he messed up over the last eight years or so, and start winning at a regional level again.
